Rudi’s fresh goat cheese

Ingredients :  
200 g fresh goat cheese
juice of half a lemon 
4 tablespoons olive oil 
pepper (5 berries mixture) from the grinder at will
Preparation :
Mix all ingredients with a fork until you have a smooth cream 
Then let flow your creativity and add garlic, pepper, chillies, or  
fresh herbs or spices..., and keep for 1 hour in the fridge.

Serve with vegetable sticks or anything that occurs to you.

Green pea houmos

Ingredients :  
250 g green peas cooked and cooled 
2 cloves garlic 
juice of 1 lemon 
5 tablespoons olive oil 
2 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste) 
1 teaspoon ground cumin 
salt, black pepper or mixture from the grinder at will
Preparation :
Put all ingredients in a large grinder or blender and mix until you have a smooth paste and keep for 1 hour in the fridge.

Serve with vegetable sticks or according to your inspiration.
